“If you like Piña Colada…and getting caught in the rain…”
Yes…I have literally been singing this song NON-STOP since I made this delicious beverage. So worth it. Trust me.
Piña Colada has been a family favorite. Growing up my brother and sister would beg our parents for the chance to order one at a restaurant or cruise ship. The trick was finding a GOOD Piña Colada without any alcohol in it….sometimes the waiter would miss the word “VIRGIN” before Piña Colada…WHOOPS!
My mom knew we loved a good Piña Colada and she perfected the recipe. TWO ingredients. Did you hear that? TWO. 2. TOO. Whatever way I say or spell it, there are just two ingredients. Blend it up and you’re done. BAM. Easy Peasy. Piña Colada in your mouth now.
- 1 can 20 oz Dole Crushed Pineapple
- 1 can 15 oz Cream of Coconut
- 3 C. Ice
Put all ingredients in a blender.
You are welcome!
Have extras? We did. Put T down for a nap and snarfed as much Piña Colada as our bellies could handle, but there were STILL leftovers. Put them in ice cube trays to make individual serving sizes for later. You can thank me later.
