I make red velvet cheesecake cake, chocolate cake cheesecake and carrot cake cheesecake cake. I make with 2 layers, the bottom layer as cheesecake and the top as cake. And I use either buttecream or creamcheese buttercream. It is so much easier. Your cake cheesecakes sound delicious, but seem to be more time consuming. I am going to try the oreo cake cheesecake, but with 2 layers. Thanks!
