Make sure you look for places that serve it ice-cold with plenty of crushed ice. When the ice melts just a little bit into the sweet rice milk, it creates the absolute perfect balance where it is not overly sweet but still incredibly flavorful.

If I made this again ..I would use a large ( very large) cookie sheet with deep sides. The 9 x13 is too large.. even spreading as much as one can. You end up with way too thick of crust.
