In reply to Kaylynn Zoe. thanks so much! I am suppose to bring cookies to a fancy Christmas party and I was thinking of making these and maybe drizzling chocolate on them....for a touch more of fanciness.

Oooh… Candace, it depends…. I’ve made them into sandwiches (but it doesn’t make as many) and I’ve made them as a single cookie with frosting on top. I’d say a dozen or so if you do the sandwich. Obviously it’d made more if you just did singles. Hope that helps!
