Ingredients

  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 c. Greek yogurt
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 green onions
  • 2/3 c. chunky salsa (I like to blend this up for a smooth texture)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into a 9x13 pan.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Pour remaining mixture on top.
  6. Cover with cheese.
  7. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
