Peel Potatoes (OPTIONAL)
Cut potatoes into cubes
Boil until done, but still firm
Drain ; save 2 cups in a separate bowl)
In a large pot, add half and half and butter.
Cook on low for 5 minutes.
Add cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese soup, chives, and salt.
Stir until mixed.
Add potatoes and potato water.
Cook for 2 hours on low, stirring occasionally.
*OPTIONAL: Add milk to thin
