Betty Crocker Chocolate Reese's Pizza

Ingredients

Cookie:

  • 1 1 lb 1.5 oz pouch Betty Crocker double chocolate chunk cookie mix
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 TB water

Frosting:

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Topping:

  • Reese's candies

Instructions

Cookie:

  1. Prepare cookie according to package directions.
  2. Press into a 12 inch tart pan.
  3. Bake 375 for 10-13 min.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Cool.

Frosting:

  1. Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. Beat until smooth.
  4. Spread evenly over cooled cookie.

Topping:

  1. Chop Reese's candies into small bites.
  2. Spread evenly over the top.
  3. Serve immediately, refrigerate leftovers.
