This easy spinach and artichoke dip is the perfect addition to any cracker and all the parties!

Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts drained; chopped
  • 1 c. miracle whip
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 c. spinach chopped/diced
  • 1-5 sun-dried tomatoes diced small; *optional*
  • 1 red pepper *optional*

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350.
  • Chop artichokes, pepper, and sun-dried tomatoes. 
  • Blanch Spinach.
  • Mix all ingredients until well blended. 
  • Spread in a 9 inch pie plate.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
