I have made these lemon squares for at least a decade. The only thing different is the salt.
I will try it.

The texture of the bars is not what I was expecting coming out of the oven (didn’t seem as gooey, more cakey) but after I let them cool and added the powdered sugar they were perfect. Everyone goes nuts over them!
