Crust oreos in a blender, food processor, or a ziplock bag and rolling pin.
Pour into pie tin.
Stir; combine well.
Press into pie plate with your fingers or a cup.
Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
Slowly add milk, pudding mix, and powdered sugar.
Beat until smooth.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour into Oreo Crust.
If doing a topping, melt chocolate chips and drizzle. OR use chocolate syrup and drizzle.
Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
Serve with whipped cream and garnish with full Oreo cookies and cookie crumbs.
