The Best Pecan Pie

Crust:
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c. Crisco
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 TB vinegar
Filling:
- 1/3 c. butter soft
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. Karo syrup
- 3 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. pecans chopped
Crust:
Mix flour and salt.
Cut in Crisco
Add milk and vinegar
Filling:
Cream butter and sugar.
Add Karo, eggs, vanilla, and pecans.
Spoon into pie crust.
Bake at 300 for 30-60 minutes, or until it mildly jiggles.
