Easy Key Lime Pie

This Key lime pie is simply divine, plus it's super easy - which makes it even more delicious! 


  • 1 1/2 C. Graham Cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 C. Brown sugar
  • salt
  • 6 TB butter melted
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk (14 oz each)
  • 1 1/4 C. Key Lime Juice
  • Whipped cream (for garnish)
  • Limes (garnish)


  1. Preheat oven to 350. 

  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt.

  3. Add melted butter and form a crust in a 10 inch metal pie tin. 

  4. Bake for 10 min; let cool completely. 

  5. In a bowl, whisk egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and another pinch of salt until smooth. 

  6. Pour filling into cooled crust; put in the oven. 

  7. Lower oven temperature to 325 and bake 20-25 minutes or until the edges are set and slightly jiggly in the center. 

  8. Cool to room temperature. 

  9. Refrigerate until firm; at least 6 hours. 

  10. Serve with whipped cream and fresh limes.
