Crust:
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 c. shortening
- 2-3 TB cold water
Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 1/3 c. powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 c. whipped cream
Raspberry Coulis:
- 12 oz raspberries
- 1/4 tsp orange zest
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/4 C lemon juice
- 1/4 C water
Filling:
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffly.
Fold in 2 c. whipped cream.
Spread over crust and chill your Kneaders Raspberry Cream Cheese Pie.
