Copycat Ruby River Bread

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. Mayo
  • 3 TB Basil
  • 2 TB Parsley
  • 1 TB Chives
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 1/2 c. fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 8 cloves of garlic

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Spread a generous layer on sliced sourdough bread
  • Sprinkle additional fresh Parmesan on top
  • Broil until cheese is bubbly (just a few minutes)
