Scotch-a-roos (rice krispy treat dessert)

Ingredients

Rice Krispy Bottom

  • 2 cups karo syrup
  • 2 cups peanut butter reg or crunchy...no matter babe!
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 8-10 cups Rice Krispy Treat cereal

Frosting:

  • 6 oz chocolate chips
  • 6 oz butterscotch chips

Instructions

Rice Krispy Bottom

  1. Melt karo, peanut butter, and sugar in the microwave until smooth.
  2. Add rice krispies cereal until desired consistency.
  3. Spread in a pan or in muffin tins.

Frosting:

  1. Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in microwave.
  2. Spread over Rice Krispy mixture.
