Scotch a Roos

Ingredients

  • 2 c. Karo syrup
  • 2 c. peanut butter crunchy or creamy
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 10-12 c. Rice Krispy cereal
  • 1/2 bag milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Combine Karo, peanut butter, and sugar.
  • Microwave 2 minutes at a time
  • Stir
  • Repeat microwave for 2 minutes (3-4 more times) until smooth or boiling
  • Slowly add Rice Krispy cereal
  • Stir
  • Pour into a large cookie sheet or muffin tins
  • Melt chocolate chips.
  • Stir.
  • Pour on top of Rice Krispy mixture.
