Simple Pie Crust recipe

Ingredients
1
cup
flour
1
tsp
salt
1/3
cup
shortening
2-3
TB
water
cold
Instructions
Mix flour and salt.
Cut in the shortening.
Slowly add in the water.
Carefully knead.
Roll out to desired size.
Place in a pie dish.
Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes (or until puffy).
