I have always been a sucker for a delicious Mongolian dish, and this Mongolian Cauliflower Rice bowl does NOT disappoint! NEW P.F. Chang’s® Home Menu sauces (get more info here) made this dish a SLAM DUNK and it was so simple and SO delish!!

I’ve always been a huge fan of Mongolian beef, but I’ve never made it. We’ve always struggled to find a good sauce – P.F. Chang’s® Home Menu sauces to the rescue! I didn’t know – they currently have Teriyaki, Kung Pao, Sesame sauces at Walmart and just recently released a new Soy and Mongolian. When I saw this sauce, I was SOLD. They have been been making authentic cuisine easy for busy moms like me!

The results? This Mongolian Cauliflower Rice Bowl is my new EASY dinner – it’s my go-to.
It was SO easy, it only took a few minutes to pull together, it was delicious, and it was a healthier spin on the traditional Mongolian Rice Bowl.

Traditional …. ?

or deconstructed?
