Huge shout out to my friend Ashlynn from Mama Bear Fitness for being so rad and coming up with this awesome iron on vinyl tank top idea.
For those of you who don’t know Ashlynn, she is amazing and her story touches my heart. She started exercising seriously when her life got flipped upside down. Fast forward a few years to now … she has helped so many people by sharing her story and by helping others reach their goal weight as a Beach Body Coach.
However, with all the strict meals she eats, this girl still loves the finer things in life. I’m talking about cinnamon rolls. Which is what I LOVE about Ashlynn. Yes, she’s strict. Yes, she’s disciplined. YES – she indulges in a cinnamon roll or two or three every now and then! Personally, I relate to that MORE than the girls that are 100% focused ALL. THE. TIME.
Plus, why do I exercise? Honestly? It’s so I can eat more food, as much and whatever I want. Sure, all things in moderation, but I don’t feel guilty if I’ve run 20 miles and then eat a pint of Ben and Jerry’s ice cream. That’s just me. That said, I love that this babe will work for her “hot buns.” Do you see that double meaning we threw in there? That Ashlynn is a punny one!
