I don’t know about you, but as soon as Thanksgiving is over, the craziness starts. It happens every year and I’m always baffled how fast our days and nights fill up with family parties, friends getting together, service projects, holiday programs, etc etc.

This year we wanted to start a new tradition. An EASY tradition – wait, does such a thing exist? YUP! Christmas movie night with Kroger pizza and Sprite®. It just happened and it was magical.

So I headed to my local Kroger (Find one near you!) to grab a pizza and Sprite – call me crazy, but I didn’t realize you could BUY a Kroger pizza at the store! My mind was a little blown! Plus, with the special deal going on right now Kroger loyalty members can purchase a fresh ready-to-heat pizza for $5.99.

Also, Kroger loyalty members can take a $1 off a 1.25L Coca-Cola™ beverage or 1L DASANI® (making the drink nearly free)! (valid through 12/3/17 – 1/3/18). That’s a no-brainer. Cheap, easy, and delicious dinner? YUP.

My kids (and husband :D) were in heaven. We sat on the floor, ate Kroger pizza, sipped on Sprite, and watched the old claymation (you know, the one about the adorable little reindeer who doesn’t quite fit in?) How has that movie survived the test of time and become a timeless classic? It escapes me, but I LOVE it!
