As a woman, a hyper-organized planner, a blogger, and a mom – there is NEVER enough room in any diaper bag. I am always wishing for : A. More space. But at the same time I also want my bag to be light…why can’t I pack my entire house along with me and still have a feather-weight bag? I can dream, right? B. More pockets. There are also NEVER enough pockets – I want a diaper bag JAM packed with pockets because they are invaluable! There’s always room for one more …. C. More style. I have a few cute diaper bags, but let’s be honest, they LOOK like diaper bags. Which isn’t always a bad thing, but there are other times I want to feel like a hip and stylish mama. These are some of my “staples,” as in – they NEVER leave the bag no matter where I am going. Period and the end. Gathre Mat. Amazing for a little changing pad and the easiest ever to wipe up. No brainer. Flor de Luz clutch. I put all MOM essentials in here: advil, chapstick, gum, lipstick, hair ties, breath spray, poopouri… just saying! Bomb Shelter Baby nursing cover. This is the BEST nursing cover I’ve ever seen. Full coverage. No side shows people! Sustenance. Because, as moms, we are always in a hurry – and then all of a sudden you think, “Have I eaten today?” Yeah…. it’s happened more than once and I know it’ll happen again. Duh me. Mox woobie. BEST burp cloths known to man or woman. Organic, SUPER absorbent – no more barf rolling off my shoulder. Charlie Banana Cloth diapers and wet bag (not pictured). I always have at least one and possibly two cloth diapers in my Lily Jade bag. They are more bulky than a disposable, but I would never ever go back. The wet bag would also be fabulous for not only those wet diapers, but for anything wet…swimsuits much? DoTerra Oils. Refer back to “Sustenance” … “Have I eaten?” Nope. No wonder I have a headache. Past Tense Oils to the rescue. Solly Baby Wrap. Heaven knows when I’m out and about I need my hands, right? I love this carrier because it folds up nicely. Wallet. Duh, right? (Mine is Vera Bradley and I adore it.) Cloth wipes. Not just for little bums! They wipe up anything and are super soft for little hands and faces. Now that you officially think I’m crazy with my cloth diapers and my oils…. right? Even with all that I’ve packed in my Lily Jade bag, there was still tons of room left over and dozens of pockets left untouched. There’s still plenty of room to throw in pool essentials for Spring Break: towels, sunscreen, sunglasses, goggles, and more snacks. What do you have in your bag at all times? Did I miss anything?
